"I needed help diagnosing what I believed was a Freon leak in both of my ac units. Eric was early and quick. He showed me where the damage was in both units inside and explained why the corrosion and rust caused the units to work harder. He also went outside and diagnosed the units there. He discovered how old they were and measured the pressure to let me know how efficiency they were running. Spoiler alert, they were made in 1984 and seriously falling apart and inefficient. Cheryl called as soon as I put in a request for a quote and was always on top of the communication. They both let me know what needed to be done and provided me with documentation I needed to get my units replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to go with A-Anderson HVAC & Electric! Great Job Guys and Dolls!!! I will pass on the word!"
